- How do I zoom in closer on the map?
To zoom in closer on the map you can either use the zoom levels on the top left side of the map or double click anywhere on map. You can also click on a marker and then use the zoom levels to move in closer on that exact location. - Why do i get a strange script error?
Sometimes you may encounter a script error that causes the site to be shut down (This only happens in Internet Explorer / might be an issue with the IE toolbar). We are currently working on this issue - please use Firefox or some other browser in the meantime if you are having difficulties. - Why do i get an error message when i try to click on a listing?
If your browser goes to a blank screen when you click on a listing - make sure you have a Java Script client installed and that it is up-to-date. If you are still having problems please contact us. - Can i reset my listing hit counter?
Yes. There is a radio button on the EDIT Listing page to reset your listing's hit counter to 0. - How do I create a listing?
To begin posting new listings you must first be a member. All you have to do is register on the POST LISTINGS page and login with a username and password that you create. Once you login you will be able to use our tools for creating and managing listings. - How do I get the correct image to appear first?
You must have whatever image you choose to represent your property first to be loaded under the IMAGE1 tab. This is important because your images will show in order of how they were uploaded. For instance: the first image you upload will be the image used as the 1st large display image on your listing page. It will also be the image submitted to external feeds (such as google and vast). - How do I unpublish my listing after it is rented?
To publish and unpublish listings go to your control panel and find your listing on the bottom of the page. Under the PUBLISH column click the button to the right of the EDIT button to publish and unpublish your listing. - I can't Log In?
If you are having trouble logging in with your Username and Password remember that each field is case-sensitive. For example: If LandLord is your username it must be typed as is - landlord will not work. If you do not remember your password use the LOST PASSWORD tool to reset your password. A new password will be sent to the email address associated with your profile.
- I have multiple units in a building - when I create a new listing do I have to enter in the same details each time?
No. After you create a new listing send us an email with the AD# and amount of units in the building and we will copy your newly created listing as many times as you need. Once set up, you will be able to change the details of each listing by accessing them in your control panel. - I see that my listing has alot of hits - why have i not received any emails?
If you feel that based on the amount of hits your listing has received that you should have many emails about the property you might need to check two things.
(1) make sure that you have the correct email set up for your profile. To check this go to EDIT PROFILE on the control panel page.
(2) check your spam/junk folders. Sometimes certain email programs will not recognize our email address and will think that it is spam. Mark all messages from
